PortaCount 8040 is a quantitative respirator fit test system designed for testing all tight-fitting respirators, including series 99, 100, and FFP3 filtering facepiece respirators. The 8040 is OSHA compliant for testing tight-fitting respirators utilizing the OSHA Fast-FIt protocol which allows for a fit test to be completed in 2.5 minutes. Please note that the 8040 is not compatible with fit testing N-95’s – please order the 8038 or 8048 model instead.
